The 180 acres is mostly irrigated with excellent hay production. On average 180 tons of native grass hay are produced every year. This is supported by owning 100 shares of later water from the High Savery reservoir project. A 200-acre state lease for 39 AUM’s helps support the summer grazing on the ranch.
