About Bart Miller
Licenses in Colorado | Montana | Wyoming | Arizona | New Mexico | Nebraska | South Dakota | Kansas | Oklahoma | Texas | Oregon | North Carolina | South Carolina
From his roots in Nebraska, Bart values the land and has a deep appreciation for its heritage. As the Managing Broker of Mason & Morse Ranch Company and one of the principal owners, Bart oversees the Ranch Company’s agents, the daily business operations and licensing of the firm across multiple states. Since 1998 he has managed the company's real estate land brokerage, auction and marketing efforts helping grow the company's reach across the Western U.S.
Bart holds licenses in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Nebraska, South Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon, North Carolina and South Carolina. He is dedicated in guiding and supporting the Ranch Company's well qualified and experienced team of farm, ranch and land brokers representing clients interests across the West.
Bart was born and raised in Nebraska where his family continues to farm corn and soybeans. He grew up learning valuable life lessons on the family farm and from the surrounding community. Land has always provided opportunities, a home, a job, a career, and a way to build wealth for anyone who takes care of it.
He expanded his interest in agricultural land values working for the University of Nebraska's Agricultural Economics Department. While completing his B.S. in Agricultural Business, with an emphasis in economics, he helped research and publish the "Nebraska Land Values Report”, a comprehensive guide to land values and leases throughout the state of Nebraska. He also received a research grant for his report on land improvements, soil erosion & tenant landlord relationships.
Bart has achieved the coveted Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI). “Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) aren’t just land sales professionals, they are the most prestigious, the most experienced, and the highest performing land sales experts in their area. Achieving the ALC designation is not an easy feat. It can take years to complete the rigorous education program and establish a proven track record of transaction performance in land before an agent can qualify. It also requires a commitment to professional growth and conducting business with integrity.” Bart serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado RLI Chapter.
Bart graduated from the University of Nebraska and has also completed his Master’s degree in real estate development and construction management (RECM) from the University of Denver.
Bart and his wife Tanya enjoy the outdoors and recreational activities. They currently reside in Colorado, Arizona and Nebraska. Together they love to hike in the desert hills with their dogs, enjoy snow skiing the Rocky Mountains and spending time with family at the lake house in Nebraska among the migrating Sandhill Cranes.
