Circuit Professional titles will be on the line as the top Montana PRCA cowboys and WPRA cowgirls will be vying for year-end titles and cash prizes. Over 96 of Montana’s winningest PRCA Pro Rodeo contestants will travel to Great Falls to pit their wit and ability against the skill and heart of Montana’s finest PRCA rodeo stock, riders, wrestlers and ropers alike.
As the three performances play out during the circuit finals, the year end titles will be decided on the last performance of rodeo on Sunday. Montana Circuit contestants who win either the year-end title or the average title at the circuit finals also qualify for the Ram National Circuit Finals held in Kissimmee, Florida.
ABOUT THE RAM NCFR: The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo is the premier event in rodeo, and contestants who make it there often get the majority of rodeo headlines. Yet there are many top cowboys who never make it to Las Vegas. The reasons are as varied as the contestants, but for most, the responsibilities of home, jobs or businesses keep them tied to a specific geographic location. In other words, not everyone can, or wants to, travel thousands of miles each year for a chance at a gold buckle at the Wrangler NFR, but rodeo is still in the their blood and they are driven to compete professionally. These contestants make up the majority of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association membership.
