Collins, to the north is the county seat of Larimer County and has a population of over 130,000. ACREAGE
The approximate 105acres consists of a large grassy valley to the east, with numerous moss rock ridges on the east and west, scattered with mature pines, Mountain Mahogany, Wild Plum, Choke Cherry and Cottonwoods in the riparian areas. RANCHING OPERATION
