LOCATION

At an elevation of just over 5,300 feet above sea level, the property is conveniently located between Loveland and Longmont, Colorado. Access to the property is a paved county maintained road. It is just minutes from Interstate 25. Loveland has a very diversified and stable economy and is home to the Medical Center of the Rockies and also the Larimer County Event Center and Fairgrounds.
