This 320-acre farm has approximately 240 acres under pivot. The farm is watered by six submersible wells producing roughly 1375 gallons per minute. Three of the subs are permanent magnetic vfd’s. This is a very efficient farm as all wells are tied together allowing for both pivots to run at the same time. The west pivot is a Valley pivot nozzled for 600 gpm and the east pivot is a Gifford Hill nozzled at 600 gpm. Also, there is three phase electricity on both the east and the west side of the farm. This is one of the last farms in the area with very adequate water to raise much needed crops for the local dairy business.
