From managing farms in Kansas for whitetails to guiding clients on fly fishing trips through Colorado’s western slope, Louis spends most of his days outside—and that’s just how he likes it. His love for enhancing land to benefit wildlife runs deep and is a passion he’s woven into both his professional and personal life.

After guiding in Aspen during college, Louis launched a fly shop and adventure travel business in the Roaring Fork Valley, which remains active today. He later spent two decades with a national construction firm, balancing boardrooms and job sites, gaining a wealth of experience across all facets of real estate. This unique blend of skills gives Louis a sharp eye for recreational properties, farms, and ranches—especially those with untapped potential.
